By accessing or using Kronos Terminal at kronosterminal.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including beta participants, paying subscribers, and visitors.

The information provided by Kronos Terminal, including but not limited to investment memos, signal scores, morning briefs, insider filing summaries, congressional trade data, and social sentiment analysis, is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of professional advice.

Kronos Research is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. No content on this Platform should be construed as a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Always conduct your own research and consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decision.

Kronos Terminal aggregates data from third-party sources including but not limited to Yahoo Finance, SEC EDGAR, Capitol Trades, Reddit, StockTwits, and Google Trends.Kronos Research does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data displayed on the Platform.

Financial data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. Congressional trade disclosures are subject to the reporting deadlines required by the STOCK Act and may not reflect real-time activity. Insider filing data is sourced from public SEC filings and may contain delays of up to several days. Social sentiment data reflects third-party community activity and does not represent the views of Kronos Research.

You acknowledge that any investment decision made in reliance on data from this Platform is made at your own risk.

Kronos Terminal is currently in beta. As a beta participant, you acknowledge that the Platform is under active development and may contain bugs, errors, inaccuracies, or interruptions. Features may change, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable without notice. Kronos Research makes no warranty of uptime, availability, or performance during the beta period.

By participating in the beta program, you agree to provide honest feedback and understand that the product may not perform as expected. Beta pricing, if applicable, is subject to change at the end of the beta period.

Paid subscriptions are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms of service in addition to these terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at legal@kronosterminal.com.

Founding member pricing, where offered, is locked for the duration of your continuous subscription. If you cancel and resubscribe, standard pricing applies. Kronos Research reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If the Platform is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours in a billing period, you may request a pro-rated refund for that period by contacting legal@kronosterminal.com.

You may use Kronos Terminal for your own personal investment research only. You may not redistribute, resell, republish, or share Platform content, generated memos, or signal data with third parties for commercial purposes. You may not use the Platform to build a competing product or service.

You may not attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape the Platform programmatically, reverse-engineer the signal methodology, or access the Platform in ways not intended by its design.

All content, design, code, signal methodologies, and generated outputs on the Platform are the intellectual property of Kronos Research. The Kronos Terminal name, logo, and brand are trademarks of Kronos Research. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal investment research purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kronos Research and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to investment losses, data loss, or business interruption.

In no event shall Kronos Research's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the Platform in the three months preceding the claim.

Kronos Research collects your email address and usage data for the purpose of providing and improving the Platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Session data is stored in encrypted cookies on your device. Usage analytics may be collected in aggregate, anonymous form.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of data as described above. For questions about your data, contact legal@kronosterminal.com.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts. If you are located outside Sweden, you agree to submit to Swedish jurisdiction for the purpose of resolving any disputes.

Kronos Research reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email with at least 14 days notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
